The most common steam
locomotives in the USA were the original 625 USRA light.
2-8-2's and their 600 copies.
Used by most major railroads as well as the smaller ones, this standard design
proved useful everywhere.
Following on the heels of our
popular USRA heavy 2-8-2 models, the light Mikados will made their first appearance in
the Summer of 2004. They will be offered in the Paragon Series with the
Quantum Sound and control system for both DC and DCC. Offered with and
without traction tires all in the same box!
