DC users (both HO and N scales) who wish to activate whistle, bell and auxiliary sounds of PCM LokSound equipped products on DC layouts require a DCMaster control module. The DCMaster allows push button activation of user-operable sound effects as well as sound volume adjustment with one-touch mute. In addition, the DCMaster has two programming modes for configuration of all internal variables within the electronics of the locomotives. Users may choose from the simple Easy-Program mode or the CV based Expert-Program mode. A bright digital display shows the current value of any variable for greater ease of use. The Auxiliary button is user-definable to function as the sound effect of choice.
Installation is a snap. Just run two of the input wires (included) from the DCMaster to the variable DC output of your DC power pack. Run the other two output wires (also included) from your DCMaster to the track. One DCMaster control module will control multiple locomotives simultaneously on the same track. DCC users do not require the DCMaster.
