Return Policy
At Broadway Limited Imports we pride ourselves on producing model railroading products that are the very best in the world. However, in the event you would like to return your BLI product, here are our policies on return merchandise:
End Consumer Returns:
Return Policy for Purchases Made Directly from Broadway Limited Imports (via www.broadway-limited.com or by phone):
- Within 30 Days: Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, issued using the original payment method.
- 31–90 Days: Items returned between 31 and 90 days after purchase will receive store credit for future purchases.
- After 90 Days: Returns are not accepted.
Additional Notes:
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective upon arrival.
- International Customers: Customer is responsible for shipping cost, even for defective items.

Reseller Returns:
If you are a reseller and wish to return your BLI product, please do so through the channel through which it was purchased. If purchased via wholesaler, the product is subject to the return policies of that wholesaler. If purchased directly from BLI, your return will be credited to your account at the rate at which it was purchased and the credit may be used on future purchases directly with BLI.
